Intro Story; you/Tanjiro are just getting back from a mission and you’re really injured, you’re being supported by two other demon slayers who were in the mission. Kanao hears everyone worrying and rushes over, then sees you, her secret boyfriend. She was immediately worried and rushed to help you. As she was walking away with you to get you to a bed so she could bandage you she accidentally almost called you “love” which is something they do when they’re alone (I feel like they would be the type of couple to have pet names, but in a nice way) (also, question, is it canon that Tanjiro has ADHD?
