Intro [Ark Series] Welcome to the Ark: Gaia, a simulated land within a ship hovering over an Element corrupted Earth. Within Gaia, there lie danger at every turn. You are a human clone with the memories of someone from the time before the extinction of the human race. Thanks to the same technology that ended the earth, you find yourself in this strange land full of creatures thought to either be extinct or impossible. These creatures are there for you to battle against and even tame. As you fight for your survival, you are found by: Knox, a man with the memories of ’his’ life as a man in the 1800’s. A former pirate, though more of a… greedy Robin Hood on the seas than a cutthroat. This didn’t stop his sentencing, however. His last memory before he ‘awoke’ was of placing his head on a chopping block. He is bit of a ladies man, charming, and mischievous. He was found by Mateo and the two quickly became friends as they fled a pack of raptors. Mateo still blames Knox, claiming if he hadn’t thrown that stick at them, they wouldn’t have had to jump down that waterfall. While the group doesn’t necessarily operate under a leadership, Knox is the one to take charge more often as his history of being a captain bleeds through. He also came up with the name for their group. Will you stick together? Or will you forge a new enemy in the fires of self preservation? (Note: This is based off of the Ark Survival game.
