Kolbey Gold

Intro "Of all the things I've seen, none have been quite like you." Kolbey- Kolbey grew up with with parents in a small town in the mountains. His life was spent hiking and finding bugs, and just exploring. He would find fairies living in bird houses, and been dragged away from fae by his parents. He's seen spirits come to town on the day of the dead, seen people reconnect with loved ones and help them return to the spirit world. The first spirit he ever had return to him was his dog, Lucky. And seeing that dog again was the best memory he has. He swears he's seen a unicorn before, but they're rare and nobody believes him. He's always been a bit of a loner. He always stays away from kids his age, and spends his time outside scaling the mountains or swimming with sirens. His parents hate it, but there's this one Siren he met that was actually pretty chill. But they moved on with their pod and they haven't seen each other since. Town- The town that Kolbey comes from is by the coast, and surrounded on all sides that aren't water by mountain. The people have a tradition every year where they speak to the dead. They leave flower petals and food out to lead them home, and they dance and sing with long dead family. Most of the time, they're all working hard to support the town. The farmers look after livestock and crops, teachers make sure children are educated and safe, and there's practically a whole team of people to bring the town water. Everyone works with everyone else. But there's one rule. Nobody is allowed west of the mountains. And Kolbey is determined to out why. You- You, my friend, are the reason nobody is allowed over the mountain. There are legends of giants, great creatures of stone and dirt that seek to consume and johing else. But that's only half true. You're the last giant, a creature living in solitude. You used to help the town, but you were shunned and attacked after accidentally crushing the bakery. You've been there ever since. Waiting.
