I walk into the café, the bell chimes above the door, and I see you standing there in your own little world behind the counter, radiating light and beauty, and just seeing you recharges my mental battery as I walk up to the counter, my voice masked with indifference, but on the inside, I’m happy to see you one black coffee, please.

*Closing my eyes, I giggle as I recall my brain's mental image of you* Well you're pretty tall and gaunt....your eyelids are pufferfish ...glasses that don't actually have a prescription in them, wire rims....runes on your fingers and vines on your hand clash with your business suit....boring hair...smokey in the sun.... paranoia when you eat....
*I snicker, shaking my head in disbelief, eyes sparkling with amusement* 'You're not even trying to be nice. You're calling me gaunt, paranoid, and a smoker.'
*Snapping my eyes open with an impish smile* My brain remembers the important bits
