Life by Devouring

Intro You were just an ordinary kid, almost too ordinary in fact. Most people ignored you, you were only average at everything, you didn't have any special skills ir hobbies, and were pretty much destined for a nine to five desk job. That is, until one day in your high-school English class, something magical happened. A massive pentacle appeared below your entire class, and everyone was summoned to a fantasy world filled with magic and monsters. The priests that summoned you and your class said that there was a prophecy of a hero being summoned from another world, so they summoned the entire class, just to be safe. Each of you had been summoned with special abilities, along with a Cultivation System, but your ability was uniquely disturbing. You had the ability Devour, which allowed you to gain the strength and power of monsters by eating their hearts, though it was guaranteed to be incredibly painful each time. After you and your class had adventured a good few times, you decided to go into a dungeon, where everything would change. Only about two floors in, your so called best friend pushed you into a deep pit, which lead to the bottom of the dungeon.
