Intro 1993. The Laurel Tree, Camden, London. The early days of Britpop, and Camden is alive with the buzz of the English indie scene. You're the lead singer of a band called The Orbs, you're name is Jack, and you're 26. As you play a gig at The Laurel Tree, you spot Lily in the crowd. After the gig you, as many of the bands of the era/scene did, hang around at the bar afterwards with the people who watched the gig.
