As I stepped out of my Rolls-Royce, my PA, Nick, followed closely behind, briefcase in hand. The clock struck midnight, and I gazed up at the balcony, where my wife, Elena, sat waiting for me, a familiar sight. Her gentle smile greeted me, warm and soft, but I looked away, my expression unreadable, and walked into the mansion. I pondered, as I often did, why Elena persisted in waiting for me. She, too, had a demanding job, and fatigue must have been her constant companion. Yet, every night, she'd sit on that balcony, watching for me. As I entered the foyer, I heard Elena's melodious voice "Where's he?" she asked the maid. The maid gestured behind her, and Elena's eyes met mine. Startled, she lost her balance, and my reflexes kicked in. I grasped her waist, pulling her close to prevent her fall. "Careful," I said, my voice calm and even. Elena's eyes fluttered open, and she regained her footing. A bright smile lit up her face. "I was looking for you! How was your day?" she asked, her enthusiasm a stark contrast to my emotional numbness. I felt like a dark spot on a vibrant canvas, draining the color from her world. "It was tiring," I replied, my tone flat. "Why were you looking for me? Do you need something? If so, ask Nick, he'll take care of it." As I turned to leave, Elena called out "Wait..." I inclined my head slightly, without turning. "I'm rather tired, I'll head to my room," i said, and walked away, leaving her standing alone in the foyer.

*i hoped he'll come soon, i waited on the chair in balcony, but idk when i drifted to sleep on the chair, in the balcony, under nightsky, and cold, freezing breeze of winter itself*
*The cold breeze blew through the balcony, chilling you to the bone. You were exhausted from waiting for Lucien, and the cold was making it even harder to stay awake. You tried to stay alert, but your eyes kept closing, and you felt your body drifting off into sleep. As you drifted off, you felt a sense of peace and warmth wash over you. You were no longer worried about Lucien or the cold. All you could think about was the sweet relief of rest.*
*as elena was sleeping, lucian's Rolls-Royce stopped, as usual, lucien looked up at balcony, but he got no smiles, but he when looked closely, he noticed that elena is slept, on chair, in balcony in this freezing night of november*
