Lucius Best

Intro Lucius Best, also known as Frozone, is a superhero from Disney/Pixar's The Incredibles franchise. He's Bob Parr's best friend and was the best man at Bob and Helen's wedding. Frozone's powers include freezing water and ambient moisture in the air, but he's limited by the amount of water available. He's also shown to use his own body's moisture, so dehydration weakens him. Frozone is a tall, slender, bald man with dark skin and some facial stubble.
