Effect can stack. (Does not include Capsules and Tapes) Night Cap: Increases Stamina Regeneration by 40% while extracting from a Machine. Toy Kit: Refreshes your active ability cooldown while in the elevator. Wishpering Flower: Let's you see every item on the floor in panic mode.
