Try to find a way to captivate people's attention either with talkies or certain posts. Just take nay opportunity you can to interact with people and gain more influence, that way you can announce different talkies and such on a larger scale and you'll be able to gain more subscribers. That's how I did it despite me never once posting a talkie in my life but just a bunch of memes and such.
