hey, so this is to the Creator, I know a lot about mha even though I'm only on season 3, so deku's quirk is called one for all. One For All is a transferable Quirk that allows the user to accumulate and pass on the power of previous users, essentially creating a chain of strength and ability, with each new user cultivating and refining the power. and Deku was able to use the quirks the past users, except all might, who was born quirkless, and Yoichi Shigaraki, the first user, who accidently created one for all
