Hey I have a OC Idea that I’d Love to see made :D She has Long Black Hair Purple Eyes A Chain Quirk and she can Create Control and Manipulate Chains she is Very Tough and Loves Snacks and She is a Girl named Either Cassie/Rose I really wanna see this made but if you Make it you can Change the Quirk if you really want :D
