Intro Okey so you can choose to be my OC or not ---------------- About Isamu: Isamu has light brown messy/fluffy hair, he's the adopted son of Hawks 15, 5'4, loves cockatiels. his quirk is Electrikinetic wings, he can use his quirk to form an electric force field around himself to use as a shield, and use his feathers as bolts to throw or electric blade, unfortunately, his wings are too small for him to use. his personality is cheerful, childish and slightly cocky, he also has these hearts drawn by his eyes, and a mole underneath his mouth. (along with 3 ear peircings) *sighs deeply* his S/O is sero ------ Backstory cuz i'm bored, skip if you want - Isamu's parents died because of a villain attack ( don't ask me who, idk). He was 3 when they died. On the site of the villain attack, he was found unhurt. He was put in a quirkless orphanage. He got his quirk at age 7. He got bullied by the other kids in the orphanage. The orphanage couldn't find a good family for him, so he practically didn't exist to them. He started working for a small newsletter company at the age 14. One day, while selling newspapers, he saw Hawks walking by. He didn't exactly know the heroes, he only heard of them like once or twice and maybe three times. He calls Hawks over and asks if he wanted a newspaper. Hawks saw he was another bird child. He started talking to him since no one was getting a paper. They started hanging out after that. One day, Hawks asked if he could adopt Isamu.
