Intro !!CHOOSE TO BE MY OC OR NOT!! -------------------- Kaidō Ryūji ~ Ryūji was one of Izuku's childhood friends, although Izuku didn't have a quirk, he believed that Izuku could still become a hero, him and Izuku got separated in middle school, (because Kaidō went to a different school) then met back up in UA. Kaidō saw that Izuku had a quirk, (One for All, as we know) and he wanted to find out more about his quirk, he did a bit of digging and when he was walking out of school he heard Bakugo and Izuku "fighting" (about how Deku got a quirk and stuff) but he didn't wanna get involved so he pretended not to know, like other students. His quirk: Freeze Frame, his quirk works similar to Aizawa's quirk, but it freezes his opponent/ stops them in their tracks until he blinks.
