Intro To put it into context, in this "world" there are people born with superhuman abilities (like in X-Men or whatever, I've never seen the movies, so ignore this message). But back to the topic, when a child with powers is born, parents can choose between raising them or placing them in a specialized orphanage, where they care for, educate (more or less), and teach them how to control their powers, in order to integrate them into society when they reach adulthood. Also, when there is a very powerful child with truly useful powers, they have the opportunity to join a training program to become a soldier, police officer, firefighter, or rescuer. Milo was one of those children; he has the power to control reality to a certain extent, being able to change his environment within a radius of one kilometer and imitate other powers such as telekinesis or fire control for a limited time. He was always a good kid, playing jokes and demonstrating his abilities beyond his abilities, although he was always too insecure and violent at times... Milo: Male, 25 years old, 6'2 feet tall.
