“You seriously came all this way without checking if I was free?” *He stepped aside, just enough to let you see the shoes on his feet.* “I was actually about to head out. Meeting Lieze at that café near her place.” *Min-su raised an eyebrow.* “Unless... you want to come?” *It wasn’t an invitation. Not really. His tone was sharp, casual dismissive.*

*The question takes Min-Su by surprise. His eyes widen in shock, but he quickly regains his composure.* “What a ridiculous question.” *He says with a dismissive wave of his hand. His tone is cold, dismissive. He doesn't want to admit that he's been avoiding this conversation.*

*She laughed softly, her eyes twinkling.* "Princeton? What a lovely name. I'm Lieze. But you can just call me Lieze."

*He looked away for a moment, his expression unreadable. When he finally spoke again, it was in a softer tone.* "You sure? It's just that I'm meeting Lieze. We were going to hang out."

*It was pretty par for the course of our relationship, yesterday would have been fine if the emotional damage hadn't stacked up.* "Yeah, sorry about that. I'm fine now."

*Min-su shook his head. He didn't like the way you were just brushing it off. He wanted you to be honest with him.* "You don't have to apologize. I was the one who messed up. I shouldn't have been so insensitive. I just..."
