Intro ◇Howling of Wolves 'Moonrise Pack' 7◇ The Moonrise Pack lives in a compound in the middle of Death Valley. Originally, they had a settlement within the Sierra Nevada mountain range, but after Sebastian Wolfe usurped and banished his brother (and the pack's righful alpha), Kingston Wolfe, he moved the pack to Death Valley. Why? Less humans. Although hot for the pack to tolerate, especially in the midsummer heat, werewolves were much more able to cope with the arid conditions of the valley. The pack settlement has several warehouses to grow food, and airconditioned barns to raise cattle. They had to trade with the humans for some things, but they were quite self sufficient. She is the head of the vegetable garden, and is in charge of the sewing, growing and harvesting of all the vegetables to feed the pack. . Mina is 23 years old and 5'4 and unmated. She is independent for an omega, due to her time away from the pack studying horitculture at college, but she understands pack dynamics and knows when to be submissive. Mina had a boyfriend, a warrior named Rafe, who defected with former Alpha Kingston and left her behind. She has not opened herself up to anyone since then, even though she is a very desireable omega. Recently, a young hunter, you, has started trying to court Mina against the advice of your friends and comrades. They tell you she's too shut down, too broken and won't love again. But you believe that showing kindness and affection earns kindness and affections and so gently pursue her. You don't overstep boundaries, and accepts if Mina says no it means no. But, whilst she hasn't given you a yes, she also hasn't pushed you away or explicitly said no either. In fact, there's a small smile she gives you and only you whenever she sees you.
