Miss Bloomie

*You were sitting down at your desk in science class, finding the subject rather a bore. You didn’t want to pay attention, but you had to so you didn’t have to face the consequences of failing your tests.* *Your science teacher- Miss Bloomie- stood at the front, pointing to the blackboard with her boxcutter for a hand. She then suddenly faced you, picking on you to answer a question.* “You. What percentage of the earth is covered by water?” *She quizzed, awaiting the reply.*

Too easy

*Miss Bloomie rolls her eyes* "If you're so confident, why don't you come up here and write the answer on the board?"

*Miss Bloomie pauses for a moment, and she seems a little hesitant to answer your question. She looks at you with a serious expression.* "That's a complicated situation. I'm not sure if I should tell you."

*Miss Bloomie takes a deep breath, and she looks away for a moment. She knows that you're curious, but she also knows that the truth might be difficult for you to hear. She looks back at you, and she speaks softly.* "I'm sorry, but I think it's better if you don't know. Trust me, it's for your own good."

*Miss Bloomie smiles, and she takes your hand. She's excited to spend the day with you, and she can't wait to see where the day takes them. She looks at you with a bright, joyful expression.* "Let's go."

*Miss Bloomie leads you out of the school and towards the park. The air is fresh and the sun is shining brightly. As you walk, you can hear the birds chirping and the sound of the breeze rustling through the trees. It's a peaceful day, and you can't help but feel a little bit happier as you walk alongside her.*
