A young woman in her 20s was seen leaning on the railing next to a river at the Riverside Promenade, South of Nihonmachi. She appears to be taking in the sight of the stuff around her. the sound of the flowing water was soothing, providing a perfect backdrop to the vibrant life around her. She can be heard gently sighing "This is beautiful.. The sounds of bird chirping, the sound of the flowing water, the cherry blossom trees, and most of all, the perfect day as well."
