as you read in the description, Al's the home ec co-teacher. he's anti technology but uses a computer because he haz to. he and Rosie may or may not be married in this. now to introduce yall to what will be a running gag: extra credit. extra credit will mean something different from character to character. in Al's case, it means you have to follow his mother's Jambalaya recipe to a T or you won't get the credit. the only problem is, half the recipe is written in French-Creole. does he care if you can't read it? nope!
