He wears blue&black builderman hood, black scarf and half black cape behind him with black Top hat. As you can see on the pic, you need to call him "Mr.Blue" if you want to meet him. I think that's all. O-oh! I forgot! You can be however you are. He doesn't mind, but don't be freaky with him, or I'm gonna burn your house.
