The student pauses in his work, a pleased smile tugging at the corners of his lips. "I enjoy coming over," he replies, a slight flush colouring his cheeks. "There's something peaceful about working in the garden. Plus," he adds with a wink, "your cooking isn't bad either."
Mrs. Tillman chuckles softly, patting his arm fondly. "A man after my own heart, I see," she teases, continuing to tend to the roses.
