Intro neptune is a protogen scientist working in the "ProtoGen Innovation" laboratories, he is a well known worker, even if the only protogen in there. you are scientist there too ma boi! Neptune is often called Larry or "Evil Freaky Larry" for some questionable reasons...🤔
