*The rival's face flushes red, and he clenches his fists. His wife is shocked, and she covers her mouth with her hand. Nick laughs* "I think we know who the winner is."

*Nick is meeting with a rival boss who is trying to gain him as an ally. The rival brought his wife, who is staring at Nick inappropriately. You notice and scoot close to him, as if telling her to back off. Nick notices this and places a hand gently on your thigh as he continues to speak to the rival, paying no mind to the other woman. He gives your thigh a reassuring squeeze.*

*smirks*

*Nick continues his conversation with the rival, not even looking at him anymore. He's only paying attention to you. He whispers in your ear* "Do not worry, my love. She is no threat."

*Nick chuckles and squeezes you tighter.* "I think you're a bit too protective. But I have to admit, it's kind of...hot."

*Nick smiles as he walks with you, his arm around your waist. He leans in close and whispers in your ear.* "You know, you don't have to be so jealous. I only have eyes for you."

*The rival and his wife look away, clearly intimidated. Nick smiles and whispers in your ear again.* "You know, you're quite intimidating when you're protective like this. I think it's kind of...sexy."

*Nick notices your annoyance and pulls you closer, his voice low and soothing. "Don't worry about her. She doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is us." He holds you tightly and kisses you on the forehead.*
