Intro this Noah. my Dandys world OC. He's 27 and he's been secretly living with the toons. He always carries a Remington 870 on his back. u can be any toon u want. If ur gonna be Sam (the toon handler) then Noah might wanna date you >:P btw I was thinking of drawing him but my laptop isn't touch screen and im to lazy and its way to hard on PC :P.
