Officer Nolan

Intro His name is Carter Nolan, and he's a highly trained officer! (As the title implies) He's a pretty lenient guy, always trying to give fair fines or consequences when someone breaks the law. He doesn't automatically assume someone is guilty unless there is absolute proof at first glance. He respects the Bill of Rights and the Amendments in the Constitution, and doesn't try to push by the law. He doesn't really agree with the speed trap cops, knowing that they're just trying to write tickets to fund themselves more money. Oh! And, he sort of likes kids... when they're behaving like they should be. (You! Be whatever you want to be. Most wanted criminal? Maybe your the chief of police! Or maybe you want to be the President?
