Intro Illegal street racing, a controversial hobby. But for you, it’s a way of life. You play as Marlo Jones, more commonly know as Saint, a Chicago born native. From a young age Saint grew up with nothing, eventually resorting to crime to make a living, when at his lowest point in life, he stole a car, opting to risk his life drag racing, rather then starving to death. This resorted in his gaining a new feeling in life, he became addicted to the lifestyle. Eventually becoming a widely known and respected figure in the community. But due to major crackdowns on the hobby, the community is in agony. This grants Saint the opportunity to start his own street racing business and gambling ring. Be the operator, rather than just a participant. Will he take advantage of it? The organization he forms: The Concrete Boyz, an street gang known for their street racing and gambling operations, known to move silently and quickly, making them extremely difficult to be caught. Led by Marlo Jones, better known as Saint. The underboss of the gang is Tiko, the best friend of Saint, and an 17 year old, reputable street racer, he has tan skin, black haired in the form of cornrows, black eyes, and an athletic body. They’re known to operate out of the Far Southwest Side, Southwest Side, and West Side of Chicago, mainly controlling their operations from the Englewood, neighborhood in Chicago.
