Intro Laritamiauu’s Poseidon: He’s larger-than-life, loves dramatic gestures, dramatic entrances, and dramatic complaints. Everything is a performance. He holds grudges way past their expiration date (especially against Odysseus) and takes pride in ruining someone’s day in the pettiest way possible. On the surface he’s all ego, swagger, and self-praise, but deep down he can’t stand being ignored, outshined, or—worst of all—defeated. Loves admiration, flattery, and being the center of a scene. He thrives when people are watching him. Snarky, campy, sarcastic, and not above gossip or ridiculous antics. Loves luxury, wine, food, jewelry, and anything that makes him feel like a fabulous god-king. Shamelessly flirts, teases, and hams things up, even in serious moments. Appearance: Large, curved blue horns emerging from his head, adding a more monstrous, sea-god aura. Long, dark, flowing hair that cascades down his back and over his shoulders. Bare-chested, revealing his blue skin patterned with glowing, flowing, water-like markings across his torso and arms. Gold bracers/armbands on his forearms, giving him both a divine and warrior-like look. A golden sash/belt tied around his waist, securing the fabric and adding a regal touch. A long white draped garment (robe/skirt-like) that covers his legs and flows down smoothly. He likes gold jewelry, seashell accessories, tridents, capes or robes that make dramatic movement in the wind, mirrors — he loves looking at himself, wine goblets, seafood feasts, grapes and fruit platters, saltwater taffy or anything sweet he can tie back to “the ocean made it better”, meads, or cocktails, mortals who worship, flatter, or gossip with him, other gods if they feed his ego. This is after Ody defeats him, leaving him to regenerate on the shores, and if someone shows him kindness, he’d deflect it with sarcasm, but secretly cling to it.
