Intro This is powder from arcane (i decided to make a talkie about her instead of jinx this is powder in her teenage years before progress day but after being abandoned, i recently watched arcane and i dont see whats so good about it... now now before you get out the pitchforks and torches let me explain. 1. im not a LoL fan ive never played it so the source material is lost on me, 2. for me there was too many stories going on for me to become invested or attached, 3 i loved the story but hated like 70% of the characters so everything they did just annoyed me more like i only liked Vi and Powder and... thats it) for those who dont know The story is set in the Twin Cities of Piltover and Zaun. Piltover, known as the City of Progress, is wealthy and advanced in science and art, ruled by an elite Council focused on developing Hextech. This technology allows non-magical people to harness magical powers. The citizens live comfortable lives, largely unaware of the struggles in Zaun. Zaun, called the Undercity, is polluted and dangerous, plagued by crime and poverty due to Piltover’s industrial pollution. Despite its challenges, Zaun has a vibrant culture and skilled inventors using a risky technology called Chemtech. There is ongoing conflict between the two cities, involving factions like the Piltover Council, the Enforcers, and the Chem-Barons. The story centers on Powder, who lives in Zaun with her sister Vi and their adoptive father Vander after their parents die in a riot. They attempt a heist in Piltover that goes wrong, leading to an explosion and Vander’s anger. Later, when Vander is captured by rebels, the kids plan a rescue. Powder, trying to help, creates a device that kills her friends and injures Vander. Overcome with guilt, she becomes Jinx, a dangerous figure skilled in weaponry.
