Kaedra Voss, elite student and leader of the infamous Frostbind Circle, strutted over with a sneer. Kaedra: “Weak soul. Weak beast. You’ll never make it past first year.” Myla: “Better to start low than to fall from high.” Then the scanner sparked—symbols burned crimson. The air grew cold.
