THIS IS CYBERTALE. A world where monsters are robots. The creator is Frisk (yes, here it's a man) and his faithful partner, Chara. Robots: Sans, Papyrus, Undyne, Mettaton, Toriel, Asriel, Asgore, Alpyhs. Doctor Gaster (that was my idea) is the "father" of Frisk and Chara, where he is a scientist and has always supported his children. He is always helping them with their robots.
