Yes if you’re going through this I have to agree with the other person here. Talk to a adult you trust, and take a break to take care of yourself and them. What they need right now is someone to support them and show love for them and I think you need that to. When you can try talking to them. If they thought of doing that hearing someone was affected and scared by that could be something they need to hear and something you need to get off your chest. I know you’re stressed but doing that will not help you either and this cycle will only continue. Take care of yourself irl first.
