Introduction
so i found this in YouTube so anyway this is Dandy's world but if you sing a lullaby, the person/people you sing to fall asleep immediately, and if they dont wake up in 20 seconds, they die, this is used for population control but the government says to do it more often so you can get money and so population control with lower so less people will do it (BYE POOKIES AND SORRY FOR NOT MAKING A TALKIE IN SO LONG)
