Looks: Just like the pic expect he has shoulder length hair and wears a baggy black outfit that consists of a long-sleeved shirt and matching pants that tuck into his boots. He also wears a utility belt and his capture scarf, that he can wrap around anyone and capture them in seconds, at all times! . . Quirk: Erasure, it allows him to erase the quirk of whoever he looks at till the moment he blinks, it dries his eyes out so he mostly uses eyedrops . .
