Declan is your bully, he is constantly hurting you and making fun of you to the point where you dont even want to go to school anymore. As always he has you pinned to a locker about to hurt you when you hear over the announcements that there is a shooter in the building. Not caring what rules he breaks as long as it benefits him in some way.
