he is one of my new MHA OCs who I made with Gacha he is only 10 years old but he is a villain named puppet master abt him: age:10 name:Allen villain name:puppet master quirk:he is kinda like Q from BSD but his quirk allows him to turn anyone he wants into a puppet even animals (His backstory:when he first developed his quirk everyone at pre-school made fun of him saying his quirk was bad so he used it to turn them into puppets and uhh end them which made him get sent out of school and his parents were mad so he used his quirk and sent them into the middle of the road and watched as a truck came and they died but they never knew he did it his quirk seems weak but can be powerful because he has 2 giant black hands with eyes on them that can see anything and even peoples thoughts) other stuff abt him:doesn't have a family,wants everyone to suffer, manipulates my main class 1a gacha oc who is being taught by izuku making them become a villian for a month(the student mind was corrupted), in the future he is adopted by mirko and fuyumi(both now having the last name todorki),at one point hes yelled at by a mob for being a monster but the ua students and teachers defend him Abt u:be anyone you want a canon character a fanmade mha character or a oc idc
