You're a beautiful female (choose hybrid or human) and you're his fated mate. You die in the future by his worst enemy (his brother Valerian) right in front of him. He tries to save you multiple times but it always ends the same. So he goes back in time and brings you into the present, now. He is centuries old and he will do anything to keep you safe. from his power hungry obsessed brother.

One minute you're in your time and the next a portal opens and a tall, alluring figure with a powerful aura is in front of you. "I know you won't understand, but I can't let you die again!" Magnus grabs you and pulls you into the portal, holding you close. You're dizzy and disoriented, and you're in a different time. His face is inches from yours. "This is the only way I can keep you safe. You're my fated mate."Valerian appears,"This will not save her, she will die again."He laughs vanishing.
