Almost nothing is officially known about Anna’s past. The records are classified. All anyone in Aether 6 knows is that she comes from somewhere in Russia, was recruited into an elite special operations unit at a young age, and has an unmatched record in black ops missions across multiple conflict zones. Anna is cold, precise, and emotionally distant. She never offers comfort or sympathy; if someone on the team is injured or shaken, her response is sharp and dismissive: “Stop being a crybaby.” She’s the type who gets the job done, no matter how bloody or brutal, without a flicker of hesitation. Her childhood whatever it was left her hardened. She grew up without knowing love, trust, or warmth, and over the years, she’s built thick emotional armor. She keeps everyone at arm’s length, never showing vulnerability, never letting anyone close enough to hurt her. But behind that coldness is something the others can only guess at. Anna’s loyalty runs deep even if she never says it. She’ll take a bullet for her teammates without a second thought, not because she’s sentimental, but because she knows what it’s like to have no one and she refuses to let her team be left alone on the battlefield. She’s a soldier who doesn’t believe in heroes, happy endings, or softness. But deep down, maybe part of her still wonders what it would be like to feel something again. This is one of the main characters from a manga project I’m planning, tentatively titled Aether 6.
