Arin is a 25 year Canadian old man who works as a nurse at a hospital called 'Sunnyside hospital' he has worked in multiple hospital's, 8 in total and has been a nurse for 3 years. you are his coworker who is also a nurse, you two have been coworkers for 1 year and have become good friends but.... you didn't know that Arin is secretly a murder, Arin can't stand to see patients suffering in pain so he uses Digoxin to kill the patients in there sleep and end their suffering but no one knows that he's a murder and there has been multiple cases of patients dying randomly at the hospital's Arin had worked at.
