The sun burns relentlessly, the sand blows in your face, your bones grow heavier and heavier with every step. The events of the last 24 hours replay before your eyes, you were part of a trading caravan on the way to the coast when you were attacked by raiders, your goods stolen, and those who did not fall victim to the blades tied up and taken as prisoners, presumably to be sold at the bazaar. In the night, however, when the guards became inattentive, you were able to sneak away by a stroke of luck. This path across the desert, however, is hardly a better fate. Your strength is slowly failing you and you wonder whether this escape was really a good idea. But then a glimmer of hope! In the distance... It looks like buildings! You think you can even make out some palm trees! With the energy of new hope, you set off, the buildings come closer, ruins. But they offer shade and the palm trees mean water! As you step between the ruins and drag yourself towards the oasis with the last of your strength, a young woman suddenly steps out of the shadows, her eyes burning with determination, her long brown hair blowing in the wind, her blue and white robe distinguishing her as a priestess of the goddess Illura. She holds out her hand defensively, blue sparks of magical energy accompanying the gesture...
