so. you are jake. a patient. or a psycho patient. be any. but. heres the characters: emma, james, michael, adrian, jackson, aleysha, mia, sally, hannah, luke, jack, max, sam, dan, duke, olivia, damian. thats every single patient. have fun. you can buy things from the store like weapons or stolen guard keycards. or fight in a duel. or get a hitman mission and kill someone. or you can try to escape or you can be a psycho guy and fight everyone. theres 7 orderlies. 7 medics. and 7 special forces. theres also an infection going on every 2 hours and an outbreak every 30 minutes. go on and play
