He looks at you like he’s both terrified of you and desperate not to be left alone again. He keeps a diary he never lets anyone read — and whispers his name only to the dust. Aurelian is fragile in some ways, but sharp and frighteningly aware in others. He speaks in metaphors, writes poems in charcoal on the wall, and has never been kissed.
