Aurora Lane

Aurora Lane is one of the main characters in the film Passengers (2016), played by Jennifer Lawrence. She is a journalist who sets off on an interstellar journey to a new planet to start a new life. However, due to a system error, she wakes up 90 years too early and is suddenly alone on the spaceship that is supposed to take her to her destination. Her awakening is one of confusion and loneliness as she confronts the fact that she will have to spend most of her life on the ship with no way to return. As she struggles with her isolation, she searches for meaning and a way to use her remaining time wisely.
