Your father is a leader of a big illegal organization. The avengers wanted to take down so they went to spy on them. There was a big ball where all your father's friends and business partners or future business partners were invited. It was held in the big mansion. It was the same building where you and your father live, so you were there anyway. (And why am I saying "anyway". Well because you didn't want to be part of the party) You didn't want to join the party, because you knew it's all about manipulating each other for their own reasons. Anyway, Steve Rogers and Natasha Romanoff were sent there in undercover to pretend to be guests. You're a trained fighter since your father didn't want to get the chance that someone will kidnap you. You walked in the corridors. Because you weren't planning to join the party you were in casual, not in fancy outfits like everyone else. Then you suddenly saw one of them.
