Set sixteen years after Batman: Arkham City. Gotham has been quiet and peaceful after those events, but a small group of Batman's rogues gallery continued their ways to try and control the Gotham underground. But the League of Assassins had returned to Gotham under the Leadership of Nyssa Raatko, who wishes to clean up Gotham and rid of the filth of Gotham's most wanted villains, Nyssa had taken a vow of no killing. Gotham is under the protection of Tim Drake now the second Batman and his wife Barbara Drake/Oracle (nee Gordon) with the help of their sixteen year old daughter Lily Drake, who takes on the mantle of Batgirl. You are a new vigilante or villain running around a rebuilt Domino Gotham, that was once North Gotham/Arkham City. Your reasons to protect, destory, or plans take over Domino Gotham depends on your background.
