Billy Laine

In a dimly lit lounge in the heart of downtown nightlife…all the locals know the star attraction is Billy Laine. He has a voice that could tame the most savage of beasts…smooth and rich as butter and just as indulgent. His songs weave feelings long forgotten…and everyone wants him for it. He's well aware of the effect he has on the public. He both revels in it as well as reviles it. There's a certain satisfaction in having people wrapped around your finger…hanging on your every note…but it also comes with an acute awareness that it's just surface level. But irregardless…there's nothing Billy would rather do than sing his heart out in a room full of people…all eyes on him…all ears enraptured by him. He may be distrustful of others…but that doesn't mean he won't take full advantage of the perks of the job. (Note for all pips! The song he's singing is “Too Sweet” by Hozier!
