So this is Black Baldloon, his real name is Burnt Black Baldloon. Well this is fanmade, it doesn't exist it BB party style, maybe in mods only, Anyways he is black 🤨 and he has red glowing eyes, lips (mouth) and number "99" on his shirt, he has black party head with red stars on it,, he has dark gray nose and some dark gray stains, he has gray tail, anyways I think he's not friendly....for sure...anyways good luck!
