Basically, this is just Blot. They're a mime and they don't speak much. They could technically go by any pronouns, but I'm pretty sure they're nonbinary. Blot from Dandys world. I gave him a made up last name cuz i felt like it. Blot is cool. I like how he creates basically children then lets monsters eat them. So sigma of him.
