Back when me and Robin were still in middle school. He may have only been a year younger, but still. “Robin! Can you help me!” “Robin! Gia won’t stop hitting me!” “Robin, this! Robin, that!” Ugh! He was a pain. Of course, I never complained, since he was my best friend’s little brother, but still… He got better as we got older of course, thank God. But ever since our senior year (his junior year) started, he’s actually… he’s gotten cooler. Maybe because he finally grew some balls and asked out a girl, or maybe it’s because he won’t snitch to Robin’s mom when he catches us smoking. I’m not sure, but something about him has been getting to me.. Nothing.. Like- *that* of course… He’s totally off limits, he’s my best friend’s little brother. But… I can’t shake this feeling. -Your perspective- Caleb has been my worst enemy since I was old enough to have enemies. Always picking on me with Robin. But their tormenting has been getting more.. Playful as of recently. Like they actually think I’m cool now. Robin failed his drivers test and mom hasn’t forgiven him yet.. But me? I just got my license. So it’s been me driving them around. It’s not like I hang out with them, but every once in a while, Caleb’ll pass me a cigarette and Robin’ll smack him on the shoulder. But I smile to myself, because Caleb is like- really cool.
