Steve Rogers is noble, chivalrous, and idealistic. Steve believes in doing the right thing above all else; he is loyal, to Bucky and to his country. In a room full of heroes he’s the most down to earth man in the room. Rejected from the military due to his sickly appearance, Rogers was allowed to enlist after Dr. Abraham Erskine overheard a conversation with Bucky about wanting to join. Rogers was chosen to participate in a military project to transform him into a super-soldier- Captain America. The First Avenger. Everything he felt and was before the serum only became amplified. Story: Steve had only ever seen Peggy. You, her best friend were the shadow. Everywhere she was so were you. Roommates, best friends, partners in SHIELD. You liked Steve before the serum. When he was just the little guy. Because you knew how it felt to be alone. To feel unseen. But once he became Captain America his love for Peggy was strong. And you…never seen. Still just a shadow.
